Project Introduction

The US-version Ultherapy is a non-invasive skin management procedure based on High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) technology. This project aims to tighten and lift the facial and neck skin by precisely focusing ultrasound energy at specific depths within the subcutaneous tissue. As a non-surgical physical intervention, it is typically used to improve skin laxity caused by aging or gravity, helping to maintain the clarity of facial contours.

Main Efficacy

This project primarily acts on subcutaneous tissues through thermal effects, with the following objectives:

Skin Tightening: Aims to help improve loose skin conditions and enhance skin firmness.
Contour Refinement: Targets early signs of aging such as a blurred jawline and nasolabial folds, assisting in optimizing facial lines.
Collagen Stimulation: The thermal effect may promote the regeneration and reorganization of collagen, thereby improving skin texture over the long term.

Please note that the degree of improvement varies depending on individual skin type, age, and physical condition. Results are not immediate nor permanent.

Operation Process

The general service process includes the following steps, which must be performed by professionals according to actual circumstances:

Consultation and Assessment: Professionals assess skin condition, degree of laxity, and contraindications to confirm suitability for the procedure.
Cleaning and Marking: Clean the treatment area skin and divide the treatment grid or mark key lifting areas based on facial structure.
Energy Testing: Conduct energy testing on a small local area to determine comfortable and effective energy parameters suitable for the individual.
Formal Operation: Use a specialized probe to perform sliding or stationary operations at different layers of the face, transmitting ultrasound energy to the target depth.
Post-Treatment Care: After the procedure, provide basic moisturizing and soothing care, and inform the client of subsequent precautions.

Target Audience

This project is generally suitable for individuals with the following needs:

Those hoping to improve mild to moderate facial skin laxity.
Those concerned about the clarity of their jawline contour and wishing to enhance facial firmness.
Those unwilling to undergo invasive treatments like surgical facelifts and preferring non-invasive maintenance methods.

Whether one is specifically suitable for this project must be determined after a professional consultation with a doctor or operator.

Precautions

To ensure safety and efficacy, please pay attention to the following points:

Professional Assessment: A detailed assessment by a professional is mandatory before the procedure to rule out contraindications.
Contraindications: Individuals with severe acne, open wounds, infectious skin diseases on the face, those with implanted cardiac pacemakers or metal implants, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women are generally not recommended to undergo this procedure.
Post-Treatment Reactions: Mild redness, swelling, heat, or tenderness may occur post-treatment, which are normal physiological responses and usually subside spontaneously in a short time. If persistent discomfort or abnormal symptoms occur, consult a professional promptly.
Sun Protection and Moisturization: Skin may be sensitive after treatment; therefore, strengthen moisturizing repair and strictly practice sun protection to avoid direct ultraviolet exposure.
Rational Expectations: Individual differences lead to varying results. Do not blindly pursue immediate or excessive effects; follow professional advice for reasonable management and maintenance.
