Choi Moon-seop graduated from the College of Medicine at Catholic University of Korea. He served as the Chief of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Korea's First Hospital from 2006 to 2008, as the Dean of Image Plastic Surgery in Korea from 2008 to 2009, underwent advanced training at Kubota Plastic Surgery in Japan in 2009, and served as the Director of Mirror Plastic Surgery Dermatology Hospital in Korea from 2009 to 2010.
