Graduated from Yonsei University College of Medicine and obtained a Master of Medical Science from Sungkyunkwan University College of Medicine. Completed residency training at Severance Hospital, served as a specialist physician, consultant, and outpatient professor at Samsung Seoul Hospital. Furthered studies at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan. Previously served as Dean of Wonjin Plastic Surgery and Representative Dean of Pretty Plastic Surgery. Holds active membership in the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the Korean Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the Korean Society of Craniofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the Korean Association of Plastic Surgeons.
